CCITT defines a Channel Associated Signaling (CAS) scheme in G.732.
In this mode of operation, using A-Bit signaling, the B,C, and D-Bits are set to a fixed state of 1, 0, and 1, respectively (BCD=101).
If AB-Bit signaling is employed, the C and D-Bits are fixed at 0 and 1, respectively.
